CERTIFIED BY MLIMLI™ EYEWEAR

ALL CERTIFIED MLIMLI™ EYEWEAR COMES WITH A 1-YEAR WARRANTY FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or negligence. Claims determined to be outside of warranty may still be repaired at the customer’s expense, with charges for necessary parts.

GENERAL INFO

Thank you for choosing MLIMLI™. These directions include the essential information for using, maintaining, and storing your eyewear. Our products comply with Chinese Regulation (CN) 2016/425 and meet standard ISO 12312-1:2022. All lenses feature high optical precision and impact resistance in accordance with US FDA Regulation 21CFR801.410.

LIMITATIONS OF USE

Please always practice common sense. MLIMLI™ eyewear is not designed to prevent all injuries in the event of impact with hard objects. Sunglasses protect against harmful solar radiation but are not suitable for direct observation of the sun, protection against artificial light sources such as solaria, or driving at night or in low light conditions. If your eyewear impairs peripheral vision, do not wear it while driving. Always put on and remove sunglasses with both hands to avoid unnecessary frame stress. Certain lens tints may reduce recognition of traffic signals and should not be worn for driving or road use, as specified by ISO 12312-1:2022 and ANSI Z80.3-2018. All MLIMLI™ lenses provide 100% UVA/UVB protection.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

The best method for cleaning is to rinse your sunglasses under lukewarm soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and allow them to air dry. Do not use solvents, alcohol, or abrasive detergents, as they may damage lens coatings or frame materials. Store your eyewear in a dry place at temperatures between -10°C and 35°C, and always use the provided case to prevent scratches or abrasions. Use only original MLIMLI™ accessories and spare parts, and replace your eyewear if it becomes damaged.

RECYCLING PROGRAM

If your frames are no longer under warranty, cannot be repaired, or you simply wish to replace them, you can return them through our recycling program. We will responsibly recycle the materials and provide you with 30% off a new pair as part of our commitment to sustainability.

1. Q: What material are your lenses made of?
A: All our eyewear products feature high-end nylon non-polarized lenses. The frames are available in three premium materials: our acetate frames, pure titanium frames, and medical-grade stainless steel frames.

How should I clean my AKILA eyewear?

All sunglasses should be frequently cleaned and maintained to preserve the original design and functionality. Your MLiMLi eyewear is best cleaned under lukewarm water, then dried with the soft cloth included in your purchase.

Where are MLiMLi sunglasses made?

We own modern manufacturing facilities in Shanghai, China that comply with our rigorous quality standards and share our dedication to innovation and experimentation.

MLi MLi frames are crafted from plant-based cellulose acetate, an eco-conscious alternative to conventional plastics that enables a wide spectrum of unique colors and patterns. We also offer frames in pure titanium, renowned for their featherlight comfort and hypoallergenic properties, as well as medical-grade stainless steel frames that combine exceptional flexibility with lifelong corrosion resistance. All frames feature precision-engineered barrel hinges and embedded stainless steel core temple arms for enduring structural integrity. Our nylon lenses provide advanced scratch resistance and block 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a one-year warranty on our products for any manufacturing issues, excluding wear and tear. If you run into any problems, just send us a photo of the damage along with your order number.

How do I place a return or exchange?

Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. Exclusions apply. Contact our email eyewearofficial@mlimlithebrand.com to get started.

Purchases at our retail stores are considered "final sale" and are ineligible for a refund. However, these returns are eligible for store credit or exchanges.

Prescription lenses and markdown items are considered final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.

All returned merchandise must have the tamper-evident sticker intact on the outside right temple.
