Our processing time is typically 1-2 business days, but it may take up to 3 business days due to high order volume. Shipping is available Monday through Friday. We strive to ship orders on the same day. In other cases, we will send you an email to confirm.
U.S. orders are eligible for free standard shipping via GOFO or UniUni. Express shipping will be FedEx.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. Exclusions apply. Purchases at our retail stores are considered "final sale" and are ineligible for a refund. However, these returns are eligible for store credit or exchanges.
Prescription lenses and markdown items are considered final sale and ineligible for return or exchange.
All returned merchandise must be unused and include the original packaging. When applicable, returned frames must have the tamper-evident sticker intact on the outside temple.

Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process the refund back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds will generally post to your account within 2-3 business days. Returns for store credit will be issued as a gift card.
Orders of 4 or more frames are subject to restocking fees if a home try-on is declined. Please reach out to us if you would like assistance in finding a frame.
Shipments with a 'delivered' status that are reported lost or stolen are ineligible for a refund. Please choose the 'signature confirmation' shipping option at checkout for added security.
